Forest Property Management has a tenant portal where you have access to all relevant information regarding your lease. You can also use the tenant portal to report defects and maintenance requests. The tenant portal can be reached via forestpm.bloxs.com .

After entering into your lease agreement, you will receive an email from Forest Property Management with an activation link for the tenant portal. You can then choose a password yourself.

In some cases, it is possible that you have a candidate to take over your rental home or room, or to nominate someone as a housemate. Whether this is permitted depends on the home. If you know someone who is interested in the home you are leaving behind, you can mention this person, with their name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, in your notice of termination of tenancy. However, we cannot guarantee that we will accept the nominated candidate. Furthermore, the nominated candidate must meet the applicable rental conditions.
