About us
As a property manager, Forest manages rental homes and retail units for private investors. The portfolio is largely residential and located within a 5 km radius of Utrecht city centre. Part of the buildings are listed monuments.
Our technical department and network of building professionals are responsible for the planning and execution of developments, renovations and maintenance.
Our property management department and back office handle repair requests and process rental income.
The team has many years of experience across various aspects of real estate and works with short lines of communication and a strong focus on the tenant.
